Therapist
Tiffany Gray (She/Her)
I’m honoured to connect with you. My journey as a therapist is deeply rooted in a passion for healing, resilience, and the transformative power of nature and self. Growing up exploring the outdoors, playing sports, and enjoying video and board games instilled in me a profound appreciation for connection—both to the land and to the people around me. These experiences have become cornerstones of my therapeutic practice.
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families from all walks of life—youth, adults, and elders—across non-profit, for-profit, and public sectors. I’ve supported people navigating trauma, addiction and recovery, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions such as divorce, parenting, and career changes. I’ve also worked with neurodiverse individuals, including those living with autism and FASD, as well as survivors of violence—sexual, physical, emotional, spiritual and mental. These experiences, paired with my own healing journey, have shown me the profound courage it takes to heal and the transformative power of safe, compassionate spaces where growth can thrive.
As a Registered Social Worker, I integrate evidence-based and holistic approaches to meet your unique needs. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, relational healing, and a commitment to anti-oppressive and decolonized frameworks.
In my downtime, you’ll find me hiking, biking, snowboarding, or enjoying video and board games with friends and family. I believe true healing happens when we connect with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us.
I look forward to working with you, offering a supportive space where healing, clarity, and resilience can flourish. Together, we can navigate your journey with care and intention.
